Energy efficiency features can include: Solar panels, on-site wind power, ground source heat pumps, natural ventilation cooling, high efficiency condensing boilers, energy efficiency lighting and controls, water recycling, extensive tree planting, and the use of reclaimed construction materials.

We retain a significant investment in all our developments. We don’t just develop a site and then disappear – we are there for the long term to ensure that our high standards are maintained. We are continually seeking new investments to add to our portfolio.

We are a small focussed team and our approach is to develop relationships with specialist consultants to assist us in bringing forward projects of a very high quality and to an agreed programme. We are always looking for new organisations with new ideas who can help us in a progressive way.

We recognise that companies need to respond quickly to a changing business environment and we aim to shorten the delivery process. We are also willing to build speculatively so that we can have a modern facility ready in the marketplace for a business to take as soon as it needs it.
