Revised proposals for the £65m first phase of the Boom Development on the east bank of the River Hull have now been granted planning approval.
The scheme is proposed by the Pure Urban consortium, comprising Horncastle, Scruton & Co and Venture Business Parks, and is supported by funding from English Partnerships.
It will create a residential quarter of 250 flats for the city centre and will provide offices, retail, restaurants and entertainment.
