Yorkshire's largest baker has announced plans to build a new distribution site in East Yorkshire.
Warburtons, whose headquarters are in Wakefield, is to build the new site near Howden to meet its expansion plans.
The 15,000sqft depot, which will be based on the Ozone Business Park just off junction 37 of the M62 is due to be completed in July.
It replaces the firms current East Yorkshire distribution site at Broadlane Industrial Estate in Gilberdyke, which employs 42 people.
The company said all the jobs at the existing site will be transferred to the new facility.
Although the development will not create new jobs in the short term, the company expects to be recruiting at the site in the future.
Mark Walker, depot manager at the Gilberdyke site, said: "Although Gilberdyke has been our home for many years, we have simply outgrown our depot and needed to find a location that was good for business and for our team.
"The Ozone Business Park is ideal because it provides us with the space we need for any future expansion.
"It is an ideal location for the M62 and our distribution network and, crucially, it is convienient for our current team to get to."
The site is being developed for the company by South Cave-based urban regeneration company Horncastle Group.
Ian Hodges, director of Horncastle, said: " We are delighted Warburton's have selected the Ozone Business Park for their new distribution facility and very pleased they have chosen us to develop it for them. Howden is an expanding market town and the area is an ideal employment destination and has a lot to offer businesses."
Warburton's is the UK's leading independent baker and is still owned by the Warburton's family.
The company is the market leader in Yorkshire, the north east, Scotland, the midlands and Lancashire.
It turns out 37 million loaves of bread each year from its Yorkshire bakery alone.
