The first phase comprising a landmark 13 storey, 136 bedroom Hotel and Multi-Storey Car Park is now complete and the Hotel has been let to Premier Inn. 

A new iconic pedestrian footbridge is being commissioned by Yorkshire Forward to provide improved links to the City Centre and thereafter the second phase of the development on the east bank of the river will be promoted by them.
