A joint venture partnership between the Horncastle Group Plc, Swift Holdings UK Limited, Dransfield Properties Limited and Silberfame Limited

This extensive industrial project includes a new road junction off the A1079, new production facilities for Swift Leisure Group, the creation of employment land, and a brownfield residential development.

The scheme will allow the expansion of an existing large strategic employment site, involving more than 2,500 jobs. The project is being supported by the East Riding of Yorkshire Council and Kingston upon Hull City Council.

The joint venture company has entered into agreements with landowners and planning permission has now been granted for housing, a substantial expansion facility for Swift and a new road network linking to the A1079.
