The Ozone, Howden

Sited close to Junction 37 of the M62 at Howden, this 32 acre distribution and light manufacturing park now has detailed planning consent for the construction of seven large industrial units, totalling 309,795 sq. ft.  The plots are generously proportioned and each has room for expansion.

A contract has been exchanged for the sale of Plot 1 to Image Data Group who will be building a 60,000 sq ft state-of-the-art digital printing facility.

The 44,330 sq. ft. Unit 2 building is now complete and avaliable to let.

Plot 4 is under offer to Warburton's and work is scheduled to begin in early January 2008.
